Prescott Properties, Inc. is a licensed Mississippi real estate brokerage in Long Beach, Mississippi. This policy explains what we collect when you use this website, why we collect it, and what you can do about it. Plain language, no games.

What we collect

When you fill out a form on this site, we collect what you choose to give us:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Your phone number
• Whatever you write in the message or details field
• Which service you indicated you're interested in
• Whether you consented to be contacted by phone or text, and when

When you use the AI chat assistant, we receive the questions you type into it.

We do not ask for and do not want your Social Security number, bank account details, or payment card numbers through this website. If a form on this site ever asks you for those, it is not ours — close it and call us.

Why we collect it

To answer your question, to help you buy or sell a home, and to follow up about your inquiry. If you checked the consent box, we also use your phone number to call or text you about it.

We do not sell your personal information.

Who sees it

Prescott Properties, Inc. and its licensed agents. Beyond that:

• AI chat provider. Messages you type into the chat assistant are sent to Anthropic, which provides the AI model, for the sole purpose of generating a reply. Don't put sensitive personal or financial information into the chat window.
• Website hosting. This site is hosted by Netlify, which processes standard web request data in order to serve the page.

We may also disclose information where the law requires it, or where it is necessary to protect our rights or someone's safety.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry records for as long as needed to serve you and to meet Mississippi real estate recordkeeping obligations. Ask us and we'll tell you what we still hold.

Your choices

• Texts: reply STOP to any message to stop them.
• Email: use the unsubscribe link, or just tell us.
• Calls: tell us to stop and we will.
• Access, correction, deletion: email or call us and ask.

We honor opt-out requests within 10 business days of receiving them, through whatever channel you send them.

Consent to be called or texted is never a condition of buying, selling, or getting an answer from us. Every form on this site works whether or not you check that box.

Cookies and tracking

This site does not currently set advertising or analytics cookies. If that changes — for example when a property search or analytics tool is added — this section will be updated before the change goes live.

Children

This site is meant for adults doing real estate business. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
